City of Burnaby Height-Based Land Use Framework
UDI Lower Mainland submission to the City of Burnaby.
In late fall 2024, the City of Burnaby adopted a Height-Based Land Use Framework. UDI wrote to Council expressing our support for the framework, as the approach represents a significant step forward in simplifying development processes, providing greater transparency, and aligning with best practices in urban planning.
