To strengthen and build this segment of the UDI membership by providing a forum for women in the real estate development industry; and to spread the word of this Committee and associated events via word-of-mouth, email and social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook).

To hold events which allow UDI members to network and learn from their peers in both the private and public sectors; and to increase opportunities to meet both young UDI members and experienced industry veterans.

To continue to build the UDI brand of excellence and make the organization relevant and valuable to all members; to create a “membership continuum” that offers opportunities for participation regardless of age or experience level; and to showcase, recognize and highlight women who are experts in their fields or have made significant contributions to the industry.
