This is a full-time, on-site role with travel required to development sites across the Lower Mainland.

This role focuses on building commissioning, deficiency closeout, and seamless handover to UBC & UBCPT's Property Management team. Acting as a mechanical systems subject matter expert, the Construction Manager collaborates closely with the Director of Development & Development Managers across the full project lifecycle.

This role will take ownership of large-scale urban development projects from acquisition through to completion. You will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery — from early design and entitlements to construction and final handover. This position reports directly to senior leadership and plays a key role in the ongoing evolution of Landa’s project pipeline and corporate strategy.
