In addition, the Director provides sound financial advice and strategic financial analysis to the President and CEO, to enable informed decision-making, and plays a critical role in driving transformation through accurate financial analysis

This role will take ownership of large-scale urban development projects from acquisition through to completion. You will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery — from early design and entitlements to construction and final handover. This position reports directly to senior leadership and plays a key role in the ongoing evolution of Landa’s project pipeline and corporate strategy.
