Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with financial reporting, supporting project accounting activities, and contributing to month-end and year-end processes. Reporting directly to the Senior Pre-Construction Manager, the Estimator will work closely with inhouse and external construction personnel in determining full-cost estimates, quantity take-offs and costs analyses on all TL projects in the pre-construction phase.

Woodbridge is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role across both the planning and execution phases of our projects.

Working closely with the Development team, construction partners, and senior leadership, this role will contribute to maintaining Woodbridge’s standards of quality and operational excellence. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable balancing on-site responsibilities with internal coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

The Development Manager reports to the Vice President of Development and will be responsible for managing and facilitating all stages of the development process from land acquisition through to completion. The Development Manager will foster positive and productive relationships will all stakeholders and will use their expertise to ensure efficient project delivery that is on time and on budget.

This is a full-time, on-site role with travel required to development sites across the Lower Mainland.

The Development Coordinator will provide support to development team members throughout all phases of the development lifecycle—from project initiation through
to completion.

The Construction Manager is responsible for transitioning buildings from active construction sites into fully operational facilities tailored to their intended use. This role focuses on building commissioning, deficiency closeout, and seamless handover to UBC & UBCPT's Property Management team. Acting as a mechanical systems subject matter expert, the Construction Manager collaborates closely with the Director of Development & Development Managers across the full project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is an outgoing, motivated, and detail-oriented individual who has a talent for successfully leading a team of Sales Representatives and Coordinators. You are a seasoned Real Estate sales professional who is committed to providing exceptional service, you have demonstrated success with multi-family pre-sales programs. You are a resourceful and creative problem solver who is committed to quality and integrity.

In this role, you will support a variety of development projects in the Western Canada
region, including significant multi-family, office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use assets.
The role will initially be focused on financial underwriting, market research and analysis,
with direct involvement in specific projects, with a career path into full-time development
management. You will work closely with senior team members throughout the full
development cycle - from concept to completion - contributing to land acquisition,
design, municipal approvals, construction, marketing, lease-up, and project handover
activities.

This role will take ownership of large-scale urban development projects from acquisition through to completion. You will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery — from early design and entitlements to construction and final handover. This position reports directly to senior leadership and plays a key role in the ongoing evolution of Landa’s project pipeline and corporate strategy.
