We are looking for a temp Construction Manager, with the potential of transitioning into a permanent position. The Construction Manager is responsible for transitioning buildings from active construction sites into fully operational facilities tailored to their intended use. This role focuses on building commissioning, deficiency closeout, and seamless handover to UBC & UBCPT's Property Management team. Acting as a mechanical systems subject matter expert, the Construction Manager collaborates closely with the Director of Development & Development Managers across the full project lifecycle.
