SCDC is seeking three experienced independent Directors to serve on SCDC’s Board. These Directors will work alongside three existing independent Directors, and three City staff appointed Directors.
Successful candidates will bring experience in residential, industrial, and commercial real estate development, development finance, and corporate operations. A solid understanding of good corporate governance is essential for these roles and familiarity with the standards of the Institute of Corporate Directors is desired.
Development Manager

Sacred Waters Developments seeks an enthusiastic Development Manager for its team. The role will report directly to the Director of Real Estate and will actively support the team in delivering a diverse portfolio of development projects.
