Salary: $115,000 - $150,000 Annually

Work Model: In Office

We're looking for a Development Manager to lead assigned residential and commercial projects through the municipal approvals process, from rezoning and OCP amendments through to building permits. Based in our Langley office with regular travel to project sites and municipal offices across the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver, this role oversees consultant teams, budgets, schedules, and value engineering to keep projects moving efficiently while upholding our design and quality standards.
