Salary: $130,000 - $150,000

Work Model: In Office

We are exploring adding a Construction Manager, reporting directly to the CEO, to support our
development pipeline. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical leadership and strategic
oversight across BHA’s residential development portfolio, supporting the delivery of non-market
and market rental housing projects that are efficient, resilient, and financially responsible. This
role is intended to represent the owner’s interests in managing external general contractors,
with a strong focus on cost validation, constructability, and standardization across projects.
