District of Squamish ACC & DCC Pro Forma Analysis Consultation

UDI Lower Mainland submission to the District of Squamish.

Following multiple engagement sessions in 2025, UDI submitted a letter to the District of Squamish outlining concerns with the quality of the financial viability analysis conducted to support the proposed DCC and ACC Bylaws. The letter outlines the need for a comprehensive review of the inputs and assumptions in the feasibility analysis before increasing the fees imposed on development.
