City of Richmond - Rising Cost of Development in Richmond
UDI Lower Mainland submission to the City of Richmond.
UDI wrote to the City of Richmond to provide input that supports the City as it prepares to meet new housing targets recently announced by the Province. Our members are committed to delivering the housing Richmond needs. However, there are significant cost barriers unique to Richmond that threaten project viability and risk the City's ability to meet these targets.
