City of Port Moody ACC Program

UDI Lower Mainland submission to the City of Port Moody.

In early May 2026, the City held an engagement session for industry to consult on the proposed Amenity Cost Charge Program, with written feedback due the next day. UDI members expressed various concerns, including the need for a more fulsome engagement process, especially on the financial viability testing, and clearer guidelines for in-stream protection.
