UDI reiterates industry's serious concern with the scale and timing of Metro Vancouver’s Development Cost Charge increases, and their direct impact on housing delivery across the region. Municipalities across the region are taking steps to reduce costs and restore project viability as market conditions deteriorate. Regional DCC increases are moving in the opposite direction and are undermining those efforts.
