City of Kelowna Development Cost Charges

UDI Okanagan submission to City of Kelowna

In early 2025, the City of Kelowna proposed a 2.5% increase in Development Cost Charges (DCCs) to support infrastructure funding. While the development community acknowledges the need for periodic updates, the increase adds to rising construction costs and broader affordability challenges.
