UDI Lower Mainland submission to the City of Coquitlam.

Following UDI's submission of the report outlining the cost impacts of different levels of the Energy Step Code and Zero Carbon Step Code, the City of Coquitlam brought forward a report to Council, pausing the proposed escalation of the ESC while accelerating the ZCSC adoption timeline. UDI submitted a letter in December outlining concerns with accelerating the ZCSC (Hydro capacity, etc.), but consideration of the report was deferred to the February 9 Council meeting. This letter is a follow-up to UDI's December correspondence.
