City of Coquitlam Proposed ACC Program
UDI Lower Mainland submission to the City of Coquitlam.
In May 2025, the City of Coquitlam brought forward the proposed ACC program for UDI review. Various concerns were raised referencing the state of the housing sector, economic viability, and the impact on new development.
