UDI Capital submissions to the Inspector of Municipalities.

UDI Capital has submitted two letters to the Inspector of Municipalities regarding the Capital Regional District’s proposed Regional Water Supply Development Cost Charge (DCC) bylaw, provided both before and following the CRD Board’s February 11, 2026, decision to advance the bylaw for Inspector approval.
The submissions address financial feasibility analysis and its role in informing the evidentiary basis for assessing whether DCCs may deter development or impact housing affordability.
