This is planning work at the professional level, working in the Development organizational unit. Under the supervision of a Manager of Development, the position will primarily be responsible for advancing a range of development applications through approvals, including rezoning applications, development permits, and development variance permits. The Planner 2 position focuses on applications in the City’s Town Centres and Downtown, involving high-density, mixed-use development, as well as master planning.
