The Manager, Asset Transition leads the transition of buildings from construction to fully operational facilities, overseeing commissioning, deficiency resolution, and handover to key stakeholders. As a building systems expert, this role supports project teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure delivery excellence. The position drives continuous improvement by addressing procurement, design, permitting, commissioning, and warranty issues, while sharing lessons learned across projects including residential, office, childcare, commercial, laboratory, athletic, & landscape developments.
