The Leasing Specialist is responsible for the successful leasing of a single multi-phase rental community. This role plays a critical part in leading and managing the on-site project leasing team, developing and executing strategies that provide an exceptional guest experience, maximize absorption, optimize revenue, and deliver on the developer’s project goals. The Leasing Specialist ensures operational excellence, compliance, and consistency across all leasing activities, including the preparation, execution, and oversight of leasing contracts.
