AHS is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide strong operational
leadership and ensure the effective execution of the organization’s strategic
priorities. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the COO will translate
organizational direction into day-to-day performance, strengthening service delivery
and driving operational effectiveness across the organization. Working closely with
leaders and operational teams, the COO will bring greater operational rigour to
AHS, strengthening systems, processes, accountability and collaboration while
fostering a tenant-centred approach.
