At their regular meeting on April 28th, Council received a memorandum for information highlighting the progress of the Townships’ Official Community Plan (OCP) update. The concepts and directions drafted in the OCP and Community Plans will be presented to the public in four upcoming Open Houses.  

The Open Houses will be held at the following dates and locations: 

Aldergrove / Rural  

• Date: Tuesday, May 6, 2025  

• Time: 4:00 – 7:30pm  

• Location: Aldergrove Athletic Park Rotary Field House, 26845 - 27 Avenue  

Fort Langley / Walnut Grove  

• Date: Thursday, May 8, 2025  

• Time: 4:00 – 7:30pm  

• Location: West Langley Hall, 9400 - 208 Street  

Willoughby / Willowbrook  

• Date: Monday, May 12, 2025  

• Time: 4:00 – 7:30pm  

• Location: Langley Events Centre Banquet Hall, 7888 - 200 Street  

Brookswood-Fernridge / Murrayville  

• Date: Tuesday, May 13, 2025  

• Time: 4:00 – 7:30pm  

• Location: Murrayville Community Hall, 21667 - 48 Avenue 

A parallel process to comprehensively update the Willoughby Community Plan is also underway and initial direction will be presented at the Open Houses.
