At their meeting on July 13th, Council gave three readings to the 2026 update to the Subdivision and Development Servicing Bylaw. The Bylaw provides clear and concise requirements that outline procedural, service level, design criteria, specific construction standards and specifications, testing procedures and supplementary detail drawings for development within the Township in accordance with current practices. 

A UDI memorandum was submitted to the Township on July 29th, based on feedback from committee members on the bylaw.
