At their meeting on July 15th, Council adopted the revised Brookswood-Fernridge Greenway Amenity Policy (BFGAP) that now includes the Landscape Buffer as an amenity. It comprises approximately 4.3 acres with a land cost of approximately $10,742,500 and development cost of approximately $1,768,050. The Amenity Cost is the amount paid by each developing property at $60.49 per square meter.
