The Federal Government has just released the CMHC Housing Design Catalogue’s full technical design packages. It features 50 low-rise designs (townhouses, fourplexes, sixplexes) that are energy-efficient, adaptable, accessible, and cost-effective. Each design was created to meet regional building codes, climate needs, and building practices.
