As mentioned in previous updates, on November 18, Council adopted a report intended to align the OCP with housing needs identified in the December Interim Housing Needs Report (HNR) Update.    

The report introduced a new map highlighting recently zoned Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing (SSMUH) Zones R1-R5 within the District’s Growth Management Boundary. As noted in the report, this map demonstrates the existing capacity for growth to meet the District’s 20-year housing needs.
