At their meeting on December 9th, Council gave first and second reading to the proposed development procedures bylaw. The bylaw was created in response to changes in Provincial legislation and Council’s Strategic Priority to streamline application reviews, and the desire to improve the clarity and administration of the current Bylaw for development applications.
