The City of Vancouver is reviewing the zoning and land use regulations of the South Vancouver Industrial Area. This initiative aims to modernize the existing policies to better support current and future industrial businesses, while fostering long-term economic growth of the area.  

The City is seeking input from development and real estate professionals familiar with the industrial market to help shape the next phase of planning.  

The focus group is tentatively scheduled for the morning of Wednesday, December 10 in Vancouver. If you or a colleague would be interested in participating, please let tory.montgomery@vancouver.ca know. A briefing package including the session format and discussion questions will be shared closer to the date. Generally, the focus group will include refreshments, a brief presentation from staff, and a round-table discussion.
