City of Vancouver - Multiplex Rainwater Regulations

February 13th, 2024

The City is proposing rainwater management regulations for new multiplex developments and all new residential buildings containing 3 to 8 suites. The proposals do not apply to existing buildings. Feedback is requested by March 18th, 2024 and can be shared with Chris Radziminski at chris.radziminski@vancouver.ca. More details are available at vancouver.ca/rainwater
