City of Vancouver - Enabling Authority to Impose DP Conditions

On June 3rd, Council approved amendments in principle to enable the authority to impose Development Permit (DP) conditions for public amenities, facilities, etc. This report is guided by the authority presented by Bill 16 to allow for these conditions at the DP stage, to align with the intent to reduce rezonings.
