City of Vancouver - Civic Vacancies

Accepting Volunteer Applications

The City is currently accepting volunteer applications for the Board of Variance. While Board seats are not reserved for UDI (as with some other civic agencies), this opportunity may still be of interest to members. 

Applications can be filled out via this link until May 24th. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

February 13th, 2024

The City has a round of Civic Agencies applications opening soon, with vacancies on the following bodies which might be of interest to UDI members:

 

  • Chinatown Historic Area Planning Committee
  • First Shaughnessy Advisory Design Panel
  • Gastown Historic Area Planning Committee
  • Public Art Committee
  • Vancouver Heritage Foundation Board of Directors

 

If any members are interested, please apply at www.vancouver.ca/volunteer between February 14th and March 13th (nomination letter is not needed).
