At their meeting on November 17th, Council gave first and second reading to the proposed housekeeping and text amendments to Surrey Official Community Plan Bylaw and Surrey Zoning By-law. The report supports continuous efforts to improve the efficiency of the development process by clarifying land use and zoning regulations and ensuring consistency with policies and regulations.
