As mentioned in previous updates, on December 1st Council gave third reading and final adoption to the proposed housekeeping and text amendments to Surrey Official Community Plan Bylaw and Surrey Zoning By-law. The report supports continuous efforts to improve the efficiency of the development process by clarifying land use and zoning regulations and ensuring consistency with policies and regulations.
