At their meeting on February 24th, Council received a report for information entitled “One-Year Update on the Housing Accelerator Fund”. The report updates Council on the City’s first-year progress under the Housing Accelerator Fund, including issued building permits, the status of the Action Plan, new initiative proposal, and financial updates. As noted in the report, the City has met all Year one commitments under the HAF Action Plan and is on track for Year two milestones
