On October 30, Council approved the Stage 2 Guildford Plan and on November 20, Council adopted the plan. The Stage 2 Guildford Plan includes a land use framework, urban design guidelines, housing policies, transportation strategy, parks and open space concept, engineering servicing strategies, and a financing strategy for the delivery of infrastructure and community amenities. These changes and the associated bylaw amendments were adopted on November 20.

Along with citywide contributions for affordable housing and public art, the following plan-specific Community Amenity Contributions are payable:
