City of Surrey - Community Amenity Contributions

Adopted

At their meeting on April 8th, Council gave final adoption to a 4.3% inflationary increase for all CACs. The increase applies to Secondary Plan and Infill Area Amenity Contributions, Affordable Housing Contributions, Capital Projects Contributions, and Community Specific Capital Projects Contributions. The new rates are now in effect.
