At their meeting on November 18th, Council received a report on the “196 Street Station Neighbourhood Concept Plan Initiation” and authorized staff to initiate the process of preparing a Neighbourhood Concept Plan for an area of East Cloverdale along the boundary of the City of Surrey and Township of Langley. This plan will focus on supporting the Surrey Langley SkyTrain Project by supporting transit-oriented development and related infrastructure and amenities.
