City of Port Moody - SSMUH Update to Works and Services Bylaw

On November 18, Council directed staff to review the level of service established for infill single-family developments and present options to Council for future bylaw updates to reflect equitable infrastructure. The report provides an update on servicing requirements for Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing (SSMUH), raising the renovation exemption threshold, and considering Single Family (SF) infill in future Bylaw updates.
