City of Port Moody - Adding SSMUH to CD Zones

As mentioned in previous updates, on April 22nd, Council adopted amendments to accommodate Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing (SSMUH) in eight Comprehensive Development (CD) zones. Originally, the zones were excluded from SSMUH because they needed further analysis. Through the proposed Zoning Bylaw amendment, property owners will be provided the flexibility to pursue any future development applications under the pre-existing zoning regulations or SSMUH zoning.Â

On April 8th, Council gave three readings to amendments accommodating Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing (SSMUH) in eight Comprehensive Development (CD) zones.
