At the City Initiatives and Planning Committee on June 17th, staff were directed to incorporate feedback into the draft Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing (SSMUH) guide. This guide intends to streamline and facilitate the review of applications. This includes consideration of local context, including existing requirements for Development Permits (DPs) for Hazardous Lands and Steep Slopes or Environmentally Sensitive Areas, and the Design Guidelines.
