As mentioned in previous updates, on November 25, Council adopted proposed Fees and Charges for 2026. Most fees saw a 3% inflationary increase, along with minor fees for Building and Planning. Engineering proposed 12 new fees to cover staff time for construction supervision and design review on building permits and utility projects not linked to servicing agreements.
