City of Port Coquitlam - Fees and Charges Bylaw

January 16th, 2024

On November 5th, 2023 Council adopted proposed changes to the Fees and Rates Bylaw that would come into effect on January 1st, 2024.

Development Permit fees and Building Permit fees are proposed to increase by 15%. An incremental increase for the Plumbing and Service Permit fee has also been applied. The Bylaw will be presented for final adoption at Council on November 28th to ensure the 2024 fees and charges are in place for January 1st, 2024.
