City of Pitt Meadows - Development Application Fee Bylaw

Adopted

On December 5th, 2023 Council adopted amendments to the Development Application Fee Bylaw. Changes include amendments to the existing fees (which have not been generally updated since 2013) as well as the addition of application fees for the new development permit areas included in the new OCP, which was updated in 2022.
