City of Pitt Meadows - Community Amenity Policy and Development Application Fee Bylaw Updates
Approved / First, Second, and Third Readings
On November 7, Council gave First, Second, and Third readings to proposed changes to the Development Application Fee Bylaw and approved an update to the Residential Community Amenity Contribution Policy.
Changes to the Development Application Fee Bylaw include:
- Update to existing fees; and
- Addition of application fees for new development permit areas included in the new Official Community Plan.
The new fees are summarized here.
Changes to the Residential Community Amenity Contribution Policy include minor increases based on inflation from 2017 when their last update occurred:
