City of Mission - Housing Target Progress Report - Year 1

At their meeting on September 2nd Council received the Housing Target Progress Report – Year 1 for information. The report provides progress information relating to the City of Mission’s Housing Target Order, covering the period from August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025 as required under the Housing Supply Act. 

During the reporting period, the City of Mission recorded a total of 338 housing completions and 24 demolitions, resulting in 314 net new units. This exceeds the Year 1 target of 211 net new units.
