At their regular meeting on April 7th Council gave final adoption to the Development and Subdivision Control Bylaw to amend the Estimated Development Units (EDUs) per Hectare to better align with the new single-family density resulting from the Small Scale Multi Unit Housing (SSMUH) legislation.
