City of Mission - Bylaw Amendments to the General Provisions and MT1 Zone to Permit Shared Indoor Amenities
Adopted
As mentioned in previous updates, on March 16th Council gave final adoption to the draft Zoning Amending Bylaw to permit townhouse developments to create shared indoor amenity spaces co-owned by several townhouse complexes through a joint agreement. The intention is to offer a greater diversity of indoor amenities by allowing the co-owners to capitalize on economies of scale, location, and diversification of amenity features thereby fostering greater social, recreational, and cultural opportunities within the neighbourhood the facility serves.Â
