City of Maple Ridge - Tenant Protection: Proposed Bylaw and Development Permit Area

Third Reading

At their regular meeting on June 9th, Council gave three readings to the proposed Tenant Protection Bylaw. The bylaw would replace the current Tenant Relocation Assistance Policy and require tenant protection measures for eligible tenants when properties with residential rental units are redeveloped.
