At their regular meeting on July 21st Council approved the proposed Expedited Processing Pilot Program for triplex and fourplex forms of housing and directed staff to prepare measures that enhance the choice and affordability of infill housing and ground-oriented fee simple townhouses. Following the one-year pilot period, staff will report back to Council with program results and recommendations regarding continuation, implementation refinements and potential expansion of the Program.
