At their regular meeting on May 12th, Council adopted the proposed Inclusive Housing Unit Mix Policy. The Policy will guide the design of new medium and high density residential, multi-unit development in the Town Centre and LTCAP areas.

In-stream multi-unit development applications, that have received either comments from the Advisory Design Panel or first reading of a rezoning bylaw on or before December 31, 2026, will be exempt from the requirements of the policy.
