On November 28th, 2023 Council adopted the Delegation of Development Agreement Authority Bylaw. This bylaw allows Council to delegate the authority of signing development-related agreements to the Director of Planning and the Director of Engineering (or their delegate).

This bylaw is intended to streamline the development approvals process. For more information, see the full report.
