The City is working on a new Zoning Bylaw and is currently in phase 1 of this project. This phase includes a first round of public engagement. City staff are inviting the public and development community to provide feedback through their online survey by December 5, 2023.

For additional information, please refer to the City’s Zoning Bylaw Update webpage. There will also be an open house on the new Zoning Bylaw in January 2024. Following these engagements, a draft Zoning Bylaw will be written and made available for review and comment in spring 2024.
