City of Langley - Zoning Bylaw and Related Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw

At their meeting on December 1st, Council gave third reading to the proposed Zoning Bylaw and related Official Community Plan (OCP) Amendment Bylaw to align with Provincial legislation, including Transit Oriented Areas (TOAs) around SkyTrain stations and Small Scale Multi Unit Housing (SSMUHs), and incorporate the Townhomes and Plexhome Best Practices Guide into the OCP’s Development Permit Area Guidelines.
