At their regular meeting on September 9th , Council endorsed the report that presents the interim housing needs assessment for the City of Delta. This assessment includes an update on the implementation of Delta’s 2021 Housing Action Plan and fulfils provincial requirements from Bill 44 – Housing Statutes Act.
