As mentioned in previous updates, on June 9th, Council adopted the City’s Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing (SSMUH) proposed zoning approach. This report comes forward acknowledging that Coquitlam was granted an extension on this until June 30th, 2025.

At Strategic Priorities Standing Committee on February 26th, a report was received for information on the City’s Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing (SSMUH) Implementation. This report comes forward acknowledging that Coquitlam was granted an extension on this until June 30th, 2025.
