At Strategic Priorities Standing Committee on February 26th, a report was received for information on the City’s Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing (SSMUH) Implementation. This report comes forward acknowledging that Coquitlam was granted an extension on this until June 30th, 2025.  

The report outlines proposed small-scale residential zones and a high level summary of the proposed zoning and parking regulations, highlighted below: 

Staff anticipate bringing a report on the Zoning Bylaw to Council for consideration in mid-2025. More information can be found in the full report by City staff.
